An evil scientist (played by Terry Kiser, aka the titular Bernie in the Weekend At Bernie's franchase) implants the brain of Michael (Paul Walker), a murdered high school student, into an animatronic Tyrannosaurus Rex. The dinosaur escapes, wreaks vengeance on his high school tormentors, and is reunited with his sweetheart Tammy (Denise Richards). A request has been made to show the "Gore Cut" so...STRAP IN FOR THAT!
